1. Lead the quality team, establish and improve the quality management system of antenna products.
2. For automotive products, formulate a quality management system that meets automotive requirements to ensure that every link from raw material procurement to finished product delivery meets automotive standards.
3. Work closely with the R&D team, participate in quality assessment in the product design stage, put forward improvement suggestions, and prevent potential quality problems.
4. Manage suppliers to ensure that the parts and services they provide meet the requirements of automotive regulations and improve the overall quality level of the supply chain.
5. Organize quality inspection and testing activities, analyze quality data, and propose improvement measures.
6. Coordinate and solve quality problems in the production process to improve product yield and customer satisfaction.
7. Conduct quality audits and assessments regularly to ensure the effective operation of the quality management system.
8. Maintain good communication with the customer quality department, and respond to and solve customer quality feedback and questions in a timely manner.
1. Bachelor degree or above in quality management, electronic engineering, communication engineering or related majors.
2. At least 5 years of quality management experience in antennas or related fields, and have a deep understanding of automotive regulations.
3. Familiar with automotive industry quality management systems such as ISO 26262 and IATF 16949, and understand automotive regulations test methods and standards.
4. Have strong leadership and organizational coordination skills, and be able to lead the team to achieve quality goals.
5. Pay attention to details, pursue excellence, and have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to quickly respond to quality anomalies and emergencies.
7. Good English reading and writing skills, able to read and understand English technical materials.
