This Jinggangshan Sales Meeting was chaired by Chairman Lu. A total of 18 people attended the meeting. The meeting lasted for 1.5 days. The discussion content and main items of the meeting are summarized as follows:

First, Chairman Lu’s speech is summarized as follows:

1. Thank you to all the salesmen present for overcoming the long-distance obstacles from all directions and gathering on time to attend the company’s sales meeting in Jinggangshan, the red cradle of the Chinese revolution! Combined with the company’s current good development momentum, choosing Jinggangshan to hold a sales meeting to plan the work for the coming year is of guiding and practical significance. Jinggangshan witnessed the process of the Chinese revolution from weak to strong and ultimately to success, which is of reference significance for the growth and upgrading of our company.

2. According to past experience, the performance in the first quarter is basically similar. Due to the annual leave, everyone was not in a good mood to work in January, and they were not in a good state of work in February. In fact, there was only one month of work time in the first quarter, and almost all the goals set for the first quarter could not be achieved. This year, after collective discussion by the company’s senior management, corresponding changes were made to plan the work for the next year in the fourth quarter in advance.

3. Mr. Lu reviewed and summarized the overall business situation from the first to third quarters of this year:

1. The overall development of the company from January to September this year was good. Compared with the same period in 2019, the two business units of vehicle-mounted and Beidou made great progress. The sales of vehicle-mounted antennas from January to September increased by 5 million compared with last year, with a significant increase. The sales of Beidou antennas increased by 11 million, the sales of IOT antennas increased by 10 million, and the sales of wireless charging increased by 1 million. It is not easy to grow against the trend in an extremely unfavorable environment. It is estimated that the business growth this year is more than 50% compared with last year. This achievement is inseparable from the hard work and efforts of everyone present. Thank you!

2. In terms of vehicle-mounted antennas: The customer audit factory passed smoothly, which provided better support for the vehicle-mounted business next year. The Beidou Navigation Competition project won the second prize in the country, which raised our company’s reputation to a higher level. We believe that it will bring good results to the company. The Internet of Things Division actively explores the application of antennas in other fields, and the wireless charging foreign trade form is gratifying, and many good project introductions have been achieved.

3. Of course, there are some shortcomings. The enterprising spirit of some salesmen in our company needs to be strengthened, and the current performance is too little. We must grasp the current development momentum, build confidence, and be more confident, strive to achieve better results and make progress together with the company.

4. In the past two days, we have gained a lot of surprises, 5G technology transformation, technical research, integration of informatization and industrialization, and the third national high-tech certification.

Fourth, how to engage in sales work with a good attitude:

Mr. Lu shared his valuable experience in business work for many years with us without reservation. Since we have chosen business work, we must love business work from the heart.

1. We must operate sales work with the operator’s thinking. The business industry is the cradle of bosses. To engage in sales work with the mentality of an operator means to analyze and compare the input and output costs of each imported project, and determine whether it is worth developing based on the cost-effectiveness ratio.

2. In sales work, in addition to hard work, you must also have a good mind, interact with customers frequently, and infect and return customers with a good work attitude and service willingness.

3. “A single spark can start a prairie fire.” We must firmly believe in victory and dare to go to unfamiliar markets to seize opportunities.

4. How far the thought goes, how far the person can go.” The Red Army’s Long March, supported by faith, the red flag of Jinggangshan can stand firm. The company sets goals every year, and everyone works together to strive to achieve the goals. Only in this way can our company come all the way, continue to grow and go far.

The next ones are: Beidou Division, Internet of Things Division, Bluetooth headset division, car networking division, wireless charging division; general managers of each division spoke; then each business spoke about their business objectives, projects and customers. In general, each salesperson should face sales business with an operator’s mentality, be diligent and hardworking, break down and plan sales tasks into monthly tasks and compare them realistically. The set goals cannot be discounted, and the goals should be treated with an attacker’s mentality. Each salesperson was full of confidence when explaining the report, which is also a reflection of the business level.

Project Department Manager Cai summarized as follows:

1. From January to September, more than 400 projects were introduced.

2. The company now requires each project All of them are included in the project database, and the relevant expenses generated will be tracked and recorded in real time until the SOP is transferred to mass production. The requirements are put forward that the project introduction should be rigorous, and the order quantity and related information should be accurate.

Mr. Luo, the financial director, summarized as follows:

1. Collection of accounts should be timely, and customers who owe money should be dealt with decisively to avoid causing bad debts or bad debts.

2. Announce the sales policy for next year. This policy fully considers the personal interests of the salesmen, and encourages all salesmen to work hard for it and strive for better performance.
